Chicken keema with peas |
Chicken mince - 400-500 gms
peas - 1 cup
onion paste - 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
tomato puree-2 tbsp
oil-1 tbsp
coriander garlic chilly paste - 2 tb sp ( please see recipe in the paste recipe section)
salt - to taste
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
chilly powder - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
Cooking time -15 minutes
Serves - 4 persons
Method :
Heat oil in the pan and add the onion paste & ginger garlic paste.
Add the coriander garlic chilly paste after 3 minutes.
Stir well and add the chicken mince & peas.
Now add turmeric powder,chilly powder salt and let this cook for another 5 minutes.
Now add the tomato puree & garam masala.
Cook for another 5 minutes,now add water to make the gravy.
In case you want the dish to be dry, add water accordingly.
Let this come to a boil.Serve with rice or chappati.
