Take cleaned coriander leaves,chop them finely and fill in the ice tray .
Now add water .
Freeze the ice tray .
You can use the ice cubes while cooking.The cubes will melt
leaving the coriander in the dish.
The same technique can be used for most of the herbs like
mint & parsley.

The herbs do loose a little of their zing ...but something is better than nothing at all !
