Chicken mince with vegetables |
Ingredients :
Chicken Mince : 2-3 table spoons
oil - 1 tsp
onion paste - 1 tsp
green chilly -1
garlic -5-6 cloves
broccoli-1/2 cup
beans 1/2 cup
peas -1/2 cup
capsicum -1 cup(preferably red & green)
salt & pepper - to taste
Cooking time -15-20 minutes
Serves - 4 persons

Method :
Finely chop garlic and chilly . Heat oil in the pan , add chopped garlic & onions .As soon as the onions are translucent add the chicken mince and cook for 5 minutes.Now add the brocolli , beans & peas.Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the vegetables with the chicken mince |
Now add the capsicum along with 1/2 a cup of water .Add salt & pepper to taste and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
You can always add different vegetables or replace broccoli with cauliflower , or beans with carrots.
