Coriander chilly garlic paste

Ingredients for the paste


Ingredients : 

coriander - 1 bunch
garlic- 7-10 cloves
green chilly - 2-3 no

Method : 


Clean the coriander ,do not throw the stock.
Chop it along with the green chillies.
Now make a paste of the coriander, green chillies & garlic.
Store it in a air tight container .
The quantity of chillies & garlic can be reduced/increased as per taste.

This paste is now ready to be used and can be added in most of the indian recipes.
This paste can be added to curd, salad and dals also .
